🥊✈️ Pin. Strike. Finish.
Three tactical responses that change the fight before it starts.
Hey Warrior,
We’re back for another round of What If Wednesday…
…the day we step outside the main technique and ask:
"What if it played out differently?"
This week, our scenario gave us something unique…
…the threat wasn’t a surprise.
The assailant pulled a knife in plain sight.
There was a moment—a tiny sliver of time—where decisive action could’ve changed everything.
So let’s run it.
But first a word from out sponsor.

If you remember the video Bloom & Doom the victim and assailant face off in what looks like a garden shop.
He pulls a blade. She reacts.
She controls the sleeve and eventually takes him down.
But what if she caught him a half second sooner?
What if she saw the draw before it happened?

Let’s start exploring options, building adaptability, and learning to think like someone who wins fights… not survives them.
Engagement Options
For the Tactical Forks in the Road this week, we’re exploring three alternate paths, all triggered by one key shift…
…She sees the weapon before it’s fully out.
What are her options?
✅ Pin, Strike, Run She controls the knife arm, delivers immediate counter-strikes, and disengages before it escalates. Good for civilians. Good for survival.
✅ Pin, Strike, Kimura She traps the weapon arm and counters with a standing joint lock to disable and control. More control. More risk. More skill required.
✅ Pin, Strike, Armbar She commits fully, moving into a standing submission with potential for takedown. This is high commitment—but it ends the threat hard.

✅ Before You Go...
Which path would you take?
If you saw the draw early—what’s your move? Pin and run? Pin and finish?

Remember…
Violence is chaos. Training is control.
And the more you play these scenarios out in your mind… the faster you’ll act when it’s real.
Stay dangerous,
