This week, we've been exploring the theme of "Controlling Your Fear," and today, I want to shift the focus to the power of community. Because when it comes to facing our fears, we don't have to go it alone.

Think back to Tuesday's newsletter, where we discussed the importance of team cohesion in elite performance.
SWAT teams, military units, and even sports teams rely on the strength of the collective to overcome fear and achieve their goals.
