đĽâď¸ Most People Get This Wrong About Multiple Attackers
What your instincts wonât tell youâand why they might get you hurt.
Hey Warrior,
Violence can find us anywhere.
Thatâs why we have to be prepared for it.
The problem? Most of us train exclusively for one on one senarios.
What to do if a guy grabs you a certain wayâŚ
How to escape specific holdsâŚ
Itâs important stuff, but itâs missing one important detail.
Most fights involve multiple attackers.
So buckle up.
Today Iâm going to share the critical element you WONâT see covered in multiple-attacker training.
Letâs get into it.
The Uncomfortable Truth
Most teaching advice for fighting groups will tell you toâŚ
Keep movingâŚ
Stack the attacker so youâre fighting one at a timeâŚ
Grab one attacker and use them like a shield.
Heck, I teach this too.
But thereâs a fundamental nuance missing here.
This is fight advice, not survival advice.
In order to survive you have to do something that goes against every fiber of your human instinctâŚ
Real Violence.
Humans are social creatures.
Cooperation has helped us survive and thrive as a species.
Ironically, this instinct also fuels mob violence (but thatâs a topic for another day).
How do you survive a group attack?
Beyond moving and stacking, you mustâŚ
âŚseverly damage each attacker you engage.
Notice I didnât say hurt. I said damage.
You need to break things.
You need to disable critical systems so your attacker canât continue the fight.
So they canât chase, punch, or grab.
Thatâs how you really survive.
Thatâs the secret.
Most people canât (or wonât) do it.
If thatâs not something you can stomach, youâd better be in great physical shape, agile, and ready to move fast.
Your life depends on it.
Stay Safe.
